Inventory Management
ALS needed to move away from spreadsheets to manage their inventory across multiple stock locations.
Cin7 was chosen to manage the inventory stock takes and purchasing, allowing consolidation and distribution between the main warehouse and each laboratory site.
After the retirement of Cin7 mobile stock take app, Thundercloud built a replacement and enhanced the original functionality to allow scanning barcodes from the phones camera. -
Finance managment
Harcourts needed to manage the finances of each property they listed better which was functionality the property apps didn’t have, nor did it integrate with Xero very well
WorkflowMax was chosen to act as the job costing tool which we connected to their existing property software to download all new listings saving countless hours of data entry duplication then used WFM to connect to Xero to send through the financials broken down exactly how it needed to be reported on.

Accounting & Payroll
KFC Franchisees needed to standardise the way they did their accounting and payroll as this was not part of the POS software supplied by the Franchisor - Restaurant Brands.
Xero & Smartly were chosen to meet these needs, and with everyone on the same software, a standard Chart of Accounts for comparative group reporting could be achieved, something not possible prior.
As each Franchisee was their own independent entity with their own accountants, Thundercloud bridged the gap to allow a neutral Xero parter to facilitate the work. -
Inventory & Ecommerce
Kings Seeds needed a full Inventory management system for both online & wholesale orders.
Cin7 & Shopify were evaluated as providing the best fit and once implemented, full onsite support was provided to the team.
Custom API scripts were created to automate repetitive workflows between Shopify & Cin7 that did not exist in the standard integration

Watson Engineering wanted to move away from paper timesheets and spreadsheets and chose Workflowmax and Thundercloud to implement after a rigerous interview.
We helped migrate their data and scope the best way to structure WFM to achieve a balance on how they quote their jobs, complete their timesheets on and invoice their customers, then report on each jobs profitability. -
Project Management & Custom API reporting dashboard
PRP have been working with Thundercloud for 15 years and over that time moved all their systems to the cloud, firstly starting with Payroll, then Accounting, then project management.
WorkflowMax was chosen to sync data from their propriety valuation software via API, then a custom reporting dashboard built to measure KPI’s for each individual valuer and their managers.

Inventory Management & B2B
Manners Building Products wanted to move to Xero from their old ERP system, but needed an inventory managemnt with POS for the retail store and a B2B ordering portal for the wholesale side of the business.
Cin7 was evaluated as being a good fit a full implementation of Accounting & Inventory was completed. Cin7’s B2B ordering portal saves the admin team answering phone calls and emails as the orders are directly posted into Cin7 ready for the warehouse to dispatch -
Inventory, Ecommerce & API
KAS wanted to move to Xero from an old ERP that was no longer supported. Cin7, Shopify Xero were evaluated and chosen a a replacement.
Historical data needed to be migrated to allow full reporting and forecasting from day 1. Over half a million sales orders were successfully migrated into Cin7.
